Each plan gives you a set number of support hours per month, which you can use however you'd like!

Some clients prefer a consistent routine, like 30 minutes or an hour each day. Others need more flexibility depending on how their week unfolds. Either way, your VA will find a rhythm that fits your practice.


Each plan includes:

  • A minimum of two logins per weekday
  • Sending and responding to emails
  • Checking and returning voicemails
  • Tidying up your inbox (e.g., organizing with tags and folders)
  • Scheduling support (e.g., booking, rescheduling, cancellations)
  • Billing support (e.g., processing e-transfers and credit card payments, sending invoices and payment reminders)
  • Direct billing to Telus Health, Blue Cross, Greenshield, etc.
  • Organizing your digital files and folders
  • Matching new client inquiries with the right therapist
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets as needed
  • Remote call answering (included with Plan B and above)

Perfect if you’re just starting out or only need a little help each week to stay on top of things.

Plan B

Ideal if you're looking for more hands-on support throughout the week (e.g., 45 mins per day).

Plan C

20 Hours Per Month

Great for practices who need more time for admin tasks and want support with a wider variety of responsibilities.

Best for group practices needing about 2 hours of support per day and looking for full-scale support.
