- A minimum of two logins per weekday
- Sending and responding to emails
- Checking and returning voicemails
- Tidying up your inbox (e.g., organizing with tags and folders)
- Scheduling support (e.g., booking, rescheduling, cancellations)
- Billing support (e.g., processing e-transfers and credit card payments, sending invoices and payment reminders)
- Direct billing to Telus Health, Blue Cross, Greenshield, etc.
- Organizing your digital files and folders
- Matching new client inquiries with the right therapist
- Creating and managing spreadsheets as needed
- Remote call answering (included with Plan B and above)
